Rotary Engraving Pricing

• All Prices apply to newly purchased products from Creative Gifts International, Inc.
• No Combination pricing is allowed. Engraved message must be the same (totally unchanged) for each piece of the same item (SKU #) to qualify for quantity pricing.

Rotary Engraving Terms

• Orders less than $100.00 are subject to a $10.00 service charge (engraved goods may be combined with other items).
• Minimum of 50% deposit is required with all engraving orders.
• Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard) or checks are acceptable payment forms.
• All names and/or messages to be engraved must be submitted TYPEWRITTEN with letter spacing and UPPER and lower case letters typed as they should be engraved (No verbal orders).
• A proof approval sample may be required by CGI and can be in addition to the order quantity or considered part of the order quantity. Engraving production will not begin until the proof sample, if required by CGI, is approved.
• A paper proof may be required by CGI and if so, will be sent via FAX by CGI. Engraving production will not begin until the paper proof, if required by CGI, is approved.

Laser & Sandblasting Terms

• Prices noted above are approximate and must be quoted on an order by order basis after reviewing artwork. Prices will vary depending on quantity, engraving area, and complexity of logos.

• Camera-ready artwork is required and artwork charges are $30.00 to $70.00 depending on the format the artwork is sent. Acceptable formats are CDR, AI Vector, EPS Vector (no bitmaps or MAC files accepted) and camera-ready.

• Set-up charge is $50.00 and is waived for 100 or more pieces (same SKU# and same logo).
