We reserve the right to select the carrier if the carrier is not specified on your order. Your order should arrive 4-6 business days after our reported “Scheduled Ship Date” listed on your order confirmation from us. Most orders will require some time to produce your custom personalization and prepare the order for shipping. Orders with P.O. Box “ship to” designations cannot ship via UPS or FEDEX and will only be shipped via USPS. Rates listed here may change in the future. These rates apply only for orders placed today. A $10 surcharge to our Standard shipping rates applies to shipments going to AK, HI, PR, U.S. military bases, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and certain international destinations. Delays due to inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control and our delivery carriers may adversely affect delivery times. Shipments outside the contiguous 48 states may experience longer shipping times.

Shipping Cost pricing is based on the total value of the product and personalization in your order after any applicable coupons or discounts.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to U. S. Post Office Boxes only via our Standard Shipping. Those orders will be shipped via USPS and shipment tracking will not be available. Shipping to P.O. Boxes could delay the arrival of your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order leaves our facility we will send you an email with a link to the shipping company’s (UPS or FEDEX, not available with USPS shipments) tracking website with detailed information about your order that will allow you to track it through the shipping company’s system to your destination.
Oversized Items
Items exceeding weight or size limitations may not be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. If you encounter this situation please remove the item in question from your cart and continue shopping. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
Shipments Outside the contiguous 48 States
Shipments Outside the contiguous 48 States will incur a $10 surcharge (noted in above rates) and may experience longer shipping times (noted in above rates). The additional cost and time is a function of the distance or extra effort required to deliver shipments to these areas.
